How to Download Your E-UDID Card

Follow the steps below to download your digital UDID Card:

  • Visit the official Unique Disability ID portal.
  • Once the homepage opens, click on the option “Get Your e-Disability Card / e-UDID.”
  • A login page will appear on the screen.
  • Enter your enrollment number, date of birth, and the captcha code.
  • Click on the “Login” button.
  • After logging in, select the download option.
  • Your e-Disability Card and e-UDID Card will be downloaded to your device.

How to Track UDID Card Application Status

You can check the status of your UDID card application by following these steps:

  • Visit the official UDID Portal.
  • Go to the “Application Status” section.

Types of UDID Cards

The UDID cards are categorized based on the percentage of disability:

  • White Card: Issued to individuals with a disability percentage below 40%.
  • Yellow Card: Issued to individuals with a disability percentage above 40% and up to 80%.
  • Blue Card: Issued to individuals with a disability percentage above 80%.

Validity of UDID Card

The UDID card is issued with two types of validity: Permanent and Temporary.

Permanent UDID Card: Issued by the medical authority when the beneficiary’s disability is considered stable, with no expected improvement or deterioration.

Temporary UDID Card: Issued when the beneficiary’s disability is subject to change, meaning it may either improve or worsen over time, requiring periodic reassessment.
