• Step 1: Go to the official website abha.abdm.gov.in and log in using your ABHA number or your registered mobile number.

• Step 2: Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number to verify your login securely.

• Step 3: Choose your ABHA ID, click on “View Profile,” and then select “Download ABHA Card” to save your digital health card.

If you forget your ABHA number, don’t worry, you can easily find it using your Aadhaar number or registered mobile number. Just provide a few basic details and make sure to use the same mobile number linked to your ABHA account.

ABHA Card Download via DigiLocker

Step 1: Visit the DigiLocker website. If you’re a new user, sign up for an account; otherwise, simply log in to continue.

Step 2: In the search bar, type “National Health ID Card” and select it from the available search results.

Step 3: From the search results, click on “National Health ID Card – Ayushman Bharat” to open the relevant option.

Step 4: Enter your ABHA address or ABHA number, and then click on the “Continue” button to proceed.

Step 5: Check all your details carefully, enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, and then download your ABHA card.

If you don’t have an ABHA number, you can easily create one on DigiLocker by entering your Aadhaar details and verifying them.

ABHA Card Create & Download on UMANG

You can easily create or manage your ABHA Card through the UMANG Portal (umang.gov.in) by following the simple steps given below.

• Step 1: Open the UMANG portal or mobile app. If you’re a new user, sign up and create your account to get started.
• Step 2: Once your account is created, log in to access your UMANG dashboard.
• Step 3: On the homepage, use the search bar and type “ABHA” to find the related service.
• Step 4: From the search results, select “ABHA” to open the Service Dashboard and access all related options.
• Step 5: On the ABHA Dashboard, you’ll see several options such as Create ABHA Number, Register, ABHA Card Download, Link My Health Card, and My Records.
• Step 6: Choose the option you want to use. For example, if you want to create an ABHA number, select that option and enter your Aadhaar number to continue.

If you want to download your ABHA card, click on the Download option, enter your ABHA number, and verify your identity using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

You can also view your health records by selecting the “My Records” option. To access them, simply log in using your mobile number, email ID, ABHA number, or ABHA address.

Step 1: Visit the Official ABHA Website

Go to the official ABHA portal – https://abha.abdm.gov.in/ Here, you can start your registration process by clicking on the “Create ABHA Number” option.

Step 2: Choose an Identification Option

You can create your ABHA ID using either of the following:

• Aadhaar Card (recommended for faster verification)
• Driving License

Select your preferred method and proceed.

Step 3: Verify Your Identity

If you choose Aadhaar, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.

• Download and open the ABHA mobile application on your smartphone.
• Log in using your mobile number, ABHA address, or ABHA number. You may also log in with your email ID.

Note: When logging in with your mobile number, make sure to use the same number used during ABHA card registration, not any other number.

• If you choose to log in with your ABHA number, enter your 14-digit ABHA ID.
• Enter the required details and complete verification by entering the OTP sent to your

• Once logged in, tap on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
