Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana Registration

• PM Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana Registration can be done through the official portal.
• Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya announced that both employers and first-time employees can register on the scheme’s portal (https://pmvbry.epfindia.gov.in or https://pmvbry.labour.gov.in)
• Registration can also be done through the UMANG App by entering the Universal Account Number (UAN).
• All first-time employees must generate their UAN using the Face Authentication Technology (FAT) available on the UMANG App.
• This process ensures that employees and employers can easily access the benefits of the scheme online.

PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana Eligibility Conditions

• The employee must join an EPFO-registered establishment between 1st August 2025 and 31st July 2027 (both dates included).
• The employee should not be a member of EPFO or any Exempted Trust before 1st August 2025.
• EPF contributions must start from August 2025 or later.
• The employee’s monthly gross salary should not exceed ₹1,00,000.
• The employee must stay in continuous employment with the same establishment for a minimum of 6 months.

PM Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana Benefits for Employees

Cash Benefit – Young individuals starting a new job can receive up to ₹15,000 per month.

Installment Payment:

• First Installment: After completing 6 months of continuous employment.
• Second Installment: After completing 12 months of service and successfully passing the Financial Literacy Course. The amount will be credited directly to the savings account.

Note: These benefits are available only for employees whose monthly salary is less than ₹1,00,000.

PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana Benefits for Employers

1. The Central Government provides financial incentives to employers for creating new employment opportunities.
2. Employers can receive an incentive amount between ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 per month, depending

4. For the manufacturing sector, this benefit is available for a maximum of 4 years.
5. For other sectors, the benefit is available for up to 2 years.
6. The incentive amount is decided as per the EPF wage slab:

• For employees earning up to ₹10,000, 10% of wages or a maximum of ₹1,000 per month.
• For employees earning ₹10,001 to ₹20,000 – ₹2,000 per month.
• For employees earning ₹20,001 to ₹1,00,000 – ₹3,000 per month.

Eligibility Conditions for Employees

• This scheme is only for individuals entering formal employment for the first time.
• Employee registration with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is mandatory.
• The monthly salary of a first-time employee must be less than ₹1,00,000.
• The employee must complete a minimum service of 6 months with the same employer.

Eligibility Conditions for Employers

• The PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana benefits are available to employers across all sectors.
• Companies with less than 50 employees must hire at least 2 new employees every year.
• Organizations with more than 50 employees must hire at least 5 new employees every year.

2. After login, go to ‘My Dashboard’ and click on the ‘Learning Section’.
3. Select the option ‘Financial Literacy for ELI Members’ and enroll in the course.
4. Under this course, the employee has to watch all the video modules available on the portal.
5. After completing all modules, a certificate will be generated online.
6. Once the certificate is obtained, the employee becomes eligible to receive the second installment under the scheme.

How do Employers Apply to Receive Incentives?

• Employers do not need any separate registration to receive the monthly incentives under the scheme.

• Employers must provide details of PAN, GSTIN, PAN linking and must also file the monthly ECR (Electronic Challan-cum-Return) on time.

• The benefits of the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana will be available only for jobs created after 1 August 2025.
